Here are the first batch of sex questions with the answers from the University of Illinois, Springfield where I presented my show SEXED on August 25, 2010. These are the questions that the audience texted me during my show. I did very little editing of the txts.

Over the last 3 weeks I have gotten more than 1200 txts so there this will take some time! If you need an urgent answer please email me at river@riverhuston.com

Enjoy

Do glow in the dark nipple rings increase pleasure?

It really depends on the people involved some would really enjoy that activity and others not so much.

Why do you love your back fat and cellulite?

Because l have cellulite and back fat and life is too short to hate it. I exercise eat well and my body is what it is. In our culture these words are often said with disdain so I turned it around. I do not want to disdain or be disgusted with my body so I choose to love my back fat and cellulite. Words are powerful, the more I say positive things the better I feel!

What are the side effects of skipping the placebo pills and starting a new pack to avoid your period?

They actually market pills to do this (Lybrel, Seasonale and Seasonique) but you can do with the pill you are taking by just skipping the placebo as you mentioned. The only difference is if you are taking a monophasic pill — with the same hormone dose in the three weeks of active pills you will not have in possible breakthrough bleeding. If you're taking a triphasic pill — with a different hormone dose each week of the active pill phase — using them continuously carries a much higher rate of breakthrough bleeding. Check with doctor about what kind of pills you are on.

Best advice for two virgins having sex on their wedding night?

Try to have a good time. Don’t worry too much about performance but focus on intimacy and connection. Also know that sex improves over time once you get to know what each other enjoy. Don’t go in with great expectations but with the willingness to be a good partner, listen, learn and communicate.

How do u get comfortable wit ur body?

After millions of hours of negative input it takes time to instill positive thoughts. Do not allow yourself the luxury of falling in to the bad habits of called yourself names. Come up with something easy and just stick with it. I do not spend a lot of time in the mirror. I know if I do I will start to criticize so I admire instead of examine. I look in the mirror make sure everything is clean and on straight and say, “Your cute”, and get out of there. Short of plastic surgery not much is going to change so don’t lament it. Some days are worse than others and on those days I am especially kind and call on the part of myself that cherishes and loves me unconditionally and from there I am able to start over. I will add something about weight loss here as well since our culture is so obsessed with body shape. If you want to lose weight, eat well and exercise but focus on how good it makes you feel not weight loss. A diet mentality is the most brutal of all states of mind when it comes to loving your body.  For many of us with body issues there is no winning when it comes to diets. It is an endless cycle of diet, cheat, repent, repeat. Instead focus on hunger, when you feel hungry: eat and get in touch with when you are full and when you sense your are close to fullness; stop. There are many books out there on mindful eating including Geneen Roth, Thich Nhat Hanh and Michelle May.

I wanna know your story!

It will be available in a memoir in about 4 months keep checking my stare at ww.riverhuston.com I will make it available as an eBook as well as hard cover.

Where is the clit?

The clitoris is a bundle of nerves about the size of a pea located at the top of a woman's vulva, above the urethral opening. It is very sensitive and is responsible for feelings of sexual pleasure when stimulated.

The clitoris plays a significant role in orgasms, and can produce orgasms with and without sexual penetration.

For us that arent that experienced...can u cover...if u dont use it do u lose it?

Sometimes you can feel a little awkward if you have never had sex or have not had much in a long time but with an open mind and communication with your partner everything will work out. You don’t really “lose” anything. It is all mental and by creating a comfortable environment to have sex by talking with your partner about possible anxieties (do this out of the bedroom not right before you are going to have sex it can be a turn off to some, for others a big turn-on so I suggest the first conversation be out of the bedroom) you can relieve the anxiety and have a much better time.

How do u get a free dildo?

Enter a contest! I don’t know best to just buy one that way you can get one you like

What is the biggest penis you've ever seen?

14 inches, he had a very difficult time becoming rock solid because it took so much stimulation and blood for him to be hard.

How is a threesome supposed to work?

With lots of communication and understanding between the participants. If it is with an established couple who want to experiment it is crucial that both parties are into and one is not being coerced. Actually a foursome works out better because no one is every really left in the cold. But do not take things personally if two of the threesome suddenly gets hot and heavy without you just enjoy being a voyeur for a bit and masturbate or find a way to jump in. The biggest pitfall to a threesome is miscommunication and hurt feelings and jealousy.

When did you first have sex?

When I was 14. It was not a good experience at all!

How much does it hurt for the female for vaginal.... The first time (do I need pain killers?)

I do not suggest painkillers; instead use lots of foreplay help your partner by showing how you like to be aroused. The more aroused and relaxed you are the less painful. Go slow, communicate, use lots of lubrication but most importantly relax and try to enjoy the experience.

What happens if u swallow cum?

Many people have questions about oral sex and disease transmission: Can you catch an STD from oral sex? Can get other diseases from swallowing cum? Will swallowing cum hurt you or make you sick? Is it safer to spit than to swallow? We'll attempt to demystify some of these issues.

First the Good News Cum is an all-natural bodily fluid that doesn't harbor any diseases or harmful bacteria in a healthy person. The purpose of semen is to transport sperm to the female ova, and it is a high-protein, nutrient-rich medium designed to support and sustain the spermatozoa during their relatively brief journey. The sperm themselves also present no threat in the digestive tract, and are neutralized by gastric fluids by the time they reach the stomach.

If anything, swallowing the cum of a healthy male may in fact be good for you, since it is a highly concentrated source of protein, minerals, natural sugars, and other nutrients. Healthy seminal fluid is mostly fructose and proteins, and doesn't contain any harmful chemicals. The slightly bleachy smell of semen comes from its alkaline pH and minute traces of chlorine, but if it's mild enough for a vagina, it's not going to be any harsher on your mouth or throat.

Because the ducts and glands that produce the components of semen feed into the urethra, the same passage that carries urine out of the penis, cum may pick up some traces of urea or uric acid. However, these are harmless, as is healthy urine in general. The urinary tract of a healthy person contains only trace amounts of bacteria, and there are no substances in urine that are harmful to consume in the quantities excreted normally.

The sort of good news is that swallowing your partner's cum will not put you at any greater risk for catching an STD. The flip side is that if your partner does have an STD, by the time you've had unprotected oral sex with them, whether you swallow or not, you've been exposed to whatever they're carrying.

Having unprotected oral sex (giving a blow job without a condom) is risky. Some of the diseases that can be transmitted through oral sex if your partner is infected include herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. The risk of HIV transmission through oral sex is still undetermined. Some experts say there is little to no risk of getting HIV through fellatio, while some say there is possible risk, especially if there are cuts or sores in the mouth of the person performing oral sex.

Because most of the STDs mentioned are transmitted through contact with sores or lesions on the genitals, or are present in the pre-ejaculate fluid (precum), a person performing unprotected oral sex on an infected partner has already been exposed even before their partner ejaculates. If your partner cums in your mouth, you may be exposed to additional quantities of STD pathogens in the semen, which can infect you through the mucous membranes in your mouth and throat or through small cuts or scrapes on the inside of the mouth.

However, if you've already gone that far, swallowing the semen isn't going to put you at much additional risk. If anything, once the cum is in your mouth, swallowing may be the quickest way to get rid of it. Once you've swallowed, your digestive enzymes and acids will probably destroy any germs in the semen, and your stomach and intestines are not vulnerable to infection by STDs.

If your partner has cum in your mouth and you are concerned about STDs, you can minimize your risk by either quickly spitting or swallowing. The point is just to get the cum out of your mouth quickly one way or another. Then whether you've spit or swallowed, gargle and rinse your mouth thoroughly with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (the type available in drug stores for first aid). This will kill any germs in your mouth and throat and wash them out of cuts in the mucous membranes."

So, is it safe? Sure if your partner is disease free. If you are unsure or they don't know, then it can be risky. But most of your risk in this activity will be from STD's
